  1. The most necessary element to our survival is at stake. All I can think about is technology here. There are so many possibilities out there and no initiative. There are so many funds, so many people that have the possibility to do something for these people that need it. There are countless ways to deliver peace through technology. But we all fail. Where we fall short is where we take into account the abundance in our lives contrasted with people who need it most.

  2. I think its astounding to think that a corporation can own the rights to an essential part of our very existance. I’m not sure that Corporations as formed from individual people are even aware of the “evil” that can pervade their company. Many probably just believed that they were doing a service to third world companies and were bringing greater availability, not understanding though that the availability came with a price, one that the poor could not afford.
